XP Pro SP2 - Laptop goes into Standby right After it comes out of Standby

Having a strange issue. I have a user with a laptop. He often uses
Standby when he moves around.

When he comes back out of standby, he says that after about 5 minutes
the laptop suddenly will go back into standby.

Power Management settings are all set to Never for Power and Batteries.

Any Ideas?

Thanks!
Tribble

Yes I do have ideas. ;)

Oh you wanted to know what they are? Oh sorry! Run MSCONFIG and stop all
start up software. If problem is gone, troubleshoot until you find which
one cause it. If this isn't it, write back to us.

Is the battery OK?? This started happening to mine(though after 35 mins) and
a new battery cured the problem.
