| Re: HP DV1000 quickplay/media control buttons From: hp's website (they have all the manuals online)http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00569409.pdf To program a Quick Launch button: 1. Select Start > Control Panel > Printers and Other Hardware > Quick Launch Buttons. 2. On the Media tab, select an application, document, folder, or Web site for the button you want to reprogram. <jadyer******.com> wrote in message news:1162519516.616328.210820@m73g2000cwd.googlegr oups.com... > > jadyer******.com wrote: >> I have a HP dv1000 laptop that has the media quickplay buttons. There is a freeware utility that will change the keys under Windows 2000 and Windows XP too. But I tried it and it changes my regular keys around too at the same time. So you might not like it. I'll find it if you are interested. -- Bill |
