The nominal fee is typically $6 to $20. Basically shipping. However,
note that some of upgrades are $49.95 to $79.95, PLUS the nominal fee.
While others are free, in many cases with no nominal fee either. Each
vendor / manufacturer / reseller sets their own terms. This is not a
single unified program.
