WinXPx64 audio driver

Hi All,

I have a HP DV8000z and I downloaded a trial copy of WindowsXP 64bit
for it, and can not find drivers for the sound. Anyone have any links?

Ciao . . . C.Joseph

Re: WinXPx64 audio driver

What driver(s) are you looking for ?
If you still have the original OS on there (multiboot) - check your
audio settings there and report back.

I got X64 when it came out - not many ( any) drivers for it. I had
customers with it - it was mainly sold for/to CAD engineers / heavy
desktop users and came with a card that DID have drivers for it. I got
mine at a MSFT/ AMD show , but generally folks didn't "upgrade to x64".
They bought a PC from a reseller with it on there and it had the
software / drivers that they needed on it too. They used it "to do a
certain job"
