| Dell Inspiron (new) Netbook battery won't charge. Battery level always sits on 0% meaning I can't power it from the battery, but the netbook can be used when connected to the mains. Am I missing some sort of step to 'activate' it? The white LED is on, and the orange LED flashing, when mains is connected.      |
