Symbol mc9060 Scanner initialization error

Hi all, please help if you can
I have a symbol mc9060 HHT now running on ppc 2003. The scanner and imager will not work on it. I have replaced the scanner/imager engine and the scanner flexi, replaced the mainboard 3 x's, and re-imaged the unit 6 x's but still no joy. When I try to run the scanner in demo I get error message "A000000B" If I try to enable the scanner through self test I get the error "Scanner API failed (SCAN_Enable)" Err=A000000B and if I try to run the imager in demo I get the message "Unable to find imager"
Any assistance with this would be appreciated
Thanks
