Question Set up HD in Hardrive Enclosure?

Hi all,
I have a used IBM Travelstar 20GB hard drive model number 1C25N020ATCS04-0 that I want to use strictly for data storage in a hard drive enclosure that will hook to my laptop via a USB cable. Can anyone tell me how I need to format or set up / jumper this hard drive to be able to use it in this manner?
