My acer laptop was dropped earlier and i've tried everything i know to get it to work again. but all it does is open up the start up repair thing, which it cant find anything wrong, and then shuts off, it turns on, but won't start up. PLEASE can you help me???

Sorry to read about the trouble. You might start by removing the HD and placing it in a working system. See if the HD is working. plus you can get an image if data, then get the unit to a repair specialist.
