Have license key but no disc to reinstall OneNote 2003. Help?

OneNote 2003 got wiped from my machine (long story). I have the product
license key - I just need the full version of the program (not the 60-day
trial). I don't have a disc -- my computer was a refurb and didn't come
w/any discs. :(

Anyone know where I can download the program?

Help!? Please?

Thanks!

There are advantages to being a PPT MVP on the side... :) The PPT FAQ has
this entry:
http://pptfaq.com/FAQ00461.htm

Which will tell you how to contact Microsoft support to get new media. Yes,
it is the PPT FAQ. No, the information isn't specific to PPT, just to
Microsoft.
