Is it possible to customize the color of tags? I may have missed it, but in
the customize dialog box the first couple of columns show a symbol in three
colors. I would like to be able to add more colors. That way I can be
consistant with tag use. I have a daily diary that I record work. It would be
nice to be able to tag all clients with the same symbol - different color.
That way the summary keeps all clients together, with each clients work
together.

Let's start with.. Are you talking tags or flags? If you are talking the
icons with the tags, you can't change the colors of the pictures. But, if
you bring up the Customize My Tags task pane, you can modify the font color
and/or the highlight color for any tag. (And you can create individual tags
with individual color combinations for each client.) This would allow you to
use the same symbol, but with different combinations of looks.

If you are talking the Flags in 2007 that are connected to Outlook tasks,
you can customize the colors of the flags too. At the bottom of the list of
pre-defined task flags, you will see an option for custom flags. That might
also do what you need.

Thanks Kathy, I was hoping to be able change the icon color rather than font
or highlight color.
