I have been using the Microsoft OneNote 2007 trial, but have recently found
my OneNote 2003 disc. Can i revert those notes back and use them within 03?

I have not seen a way to convert them back to 03 - I'm afraid you are going
to have to buy 07 or loose the notes you have taken since your 07 upgrade

You can't convert OneNote 2007 files to OneNote 2003 format.
One possible workaround would be saving the OneNote 2007 files as mht file
format and copy & paste the contents into OneNote 2003.
