| Re: How can I distribute an entire notebook (all sections) to non one If you have OneNote 2007, you can grab the "Save as PDF" free add-in from the Microsoft site. Install it. Open OneNote and look at one of the pages from the notebook you want to send. Go to File--> Publish as PDF. Select the Current Notebook radio button for the page range, make sure the name and location are what you want, then click Publish.
