How can I distribute an entire notebook (all sections) to non one

How can I distribute an entire notebook (all sections) to non onenote users
in html or word or pdf without sending each section individually?

You didn't say whether you had ON 03 or 07. However, in 07 it is so easy
that I am going to have to ask you look it up yourself. I had never done
it before and it took me longer to read your question than it took me to
find the answer. You should be able to do the same.

Re: How can I distribute an entire notebook (all sections) to non one

If you have OneNote 2007, you can grab the "Save as PDF" free add-in from
the Microsoft site. Install it. Open OneNote and look at one of the pages
from the notebook you want to send. Go to File--> Publish as PDF. Select the
Current Notebook radio button for the page range, make sure the name and
location are what you want, then click Publish. Voila - a PDF of the whole
notebook.

But of course... you have now "sent it" to One Note... in your research
folder...and will use WDS to find it very easily!!!!!
