| Can't open Notebooks! I can't open any of my notebooks! They have a red circle with a line in the middle of the circle beside each notebook and the message: this notebook has not been connected in 15 days. If this location no longer exists....." and it says "not connected" It will not sync when I click the sync button. I have tried to open them in the back up file, I have gone to My Documents and tried to open them there - to not avail. I'm panicked because ALL of my clinical files are stored in one of my note books as well as financial info. Please help!! |
