Syncing Issues

I am hoping someone can help me. I have a shared workbook that is used by
four users. Their updates are uploading to the shared folder and when I sync
their updates are saved on my machine. However, when I sync, my updates will
not upload and are not available to other users.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem? I have been
unable to find a suggested resolution.

Thank you!

1. How is that workbook/notebook shared ?
Located on a file share or on a Sharepoint Server ?

2. Do we talk about the Onenote synching procdure when you say "Their
updates are uploading to the shared folder" ?

3. What do you mean by "when I sync their updates are saved on my
machine" ? By what means do you sync ?

4. What do you mean by "when I sync, my updates ..."
By what means do you sync ?

Sharepoint server

It is snyching automatically with their changes and you can see those
changes reflected in the files on Sharepoint. They also show up in all users
copies of the notebook.

Lately it has been only by sync now. Since it doesn't appear to see that I
have made changes it won't update automatically based upon changes.

Again, having to use sync now since it won't see my changes and sync
automatically. The progress indicator sync status shows that it is waiting
for update.

I'm sorry, but problems with Sharepoint server are beyond my knowledge.
I could only speculate about access configuration issues.

As Bernd I do not have any experience with SharePoint.

But I assume that David Rasmussen's article "Notebooks on SharePoint
Servers"[1] might be if help for you.
