How can I keep a side note always on top?

How can I keep a side note always on-top after shutdown or reboot of the PC?
It is like having a note of follow-ups always on top so I can get immediate
attention to it.

RE: How can I keep a side note always on top?

Hello Ashlar,

You can make a shortcut to onenote.exe /sidenote (be sure to add the
/sidenote) to start OneNote with a sidenote open. Then drop this shortcut
into your startup group.

When you restart Windows, this will start a sidenote for you automatically.
It will be in the last position and size you had used one before.

Let me know if you need more details.
