One Note 2007 on Windows 7

After I installed Windows 7 (from Vista) my OneNote 2007 program has not been
operating smoothly.

When I try to highlight pdf printed to OneNote, the highlighter will not
start at the location that I first click it to. Then when I go to the end of
the highlighted section, it tries to end it above, then below, then, if I
wait, right where I am hovering the pointer.

The same type of situation is happening with the text box. I cannot place
text where I want to, it forces me to place it at one of its discrete
intervals, so I cannot insert a note over a section packed tight with typing,
because it will place the text box above the typing, making it unreadable.

When I used Vista, the OneNote 2007 worked better, I was able to insert new
text above a background printout with precision, so my notes flowed
seamlessly.

Now I am spending 3X the amount of time to type out notes, and they are not
as good as before. I have already tried to Repair Office 2007 as well as
update all of my video drivers.

Has anyone else been having the same problem?

Click the "edit" menu and unselect "snap to grid." This should solve
the problem.
