Hi,
I have Onenote 2003 and Vista. I can't change the names of folders. OK with
sections (right click etc. and 'move') however when I try to do this with
folders as the help list directs, when I right click nothing appears - no
list. I've checked for updates so no problems there. Are the folder names
actually changeable or is this ANOTHER Vista problem I wonder? I would also
like to be able to delete folders.

You need to go to the parent folder of the folder, then right-click the
folder tab there. You can't rename or delete the folder while you're in the
folder.
