When I select some clips, the toolbar doesn't show up or if it was showing,
it dissapears. No play icon shows up next to the wma icon. What's wrong? Can
I extract this file from the audio cache folder?

Not sure why, but sometimes an audio file loses its header information and
is no longer in sync with the page where it was recorded. You should be
able to retrieve the file from the location where the Notebook is stored,
as well as possibly from a backup.
