Text Box Fine Tuning / Placement Resolution

I have a 3 month old Dell Studio 1555 laptop. I ran Office 07 on Vista Home
Premium (32 bit) originally and loved it. Then when I upgraded to Windows 7
Professional, just yesterday, I started having problems with OneNote 2007.

The text box cannot be moved continuously, but it shifts in large discrete
steps. This prevents me from typing notes inside of documents that I have
printed to OneNote because the text box overlaps the background text. This
problem does not occur with other drawing tools, for example drawing a circle
can be sized to any size and shifted in a continuous manner.

This occurs if I try to relocate the whole box or if I try to shift the text
by dragging the yellow plus sign to the left of the text.

It would appear that the program loses functionality on Windows 7,

=(

Sounds like maybe your video driver isn't happy with Windows 7. Check to
make sure you have Windows 7 versions of all of your drivers.
