A way to notify a group of Onenote notebook changes.

Is there a way to setup notebook or page change notification, for shared
notebooks, in OneNote? It would be nice, if we could attach a property or
event to a page or to a notebook, to have it send an email notification to a
person or user group, when something is added, changed, and/or deleted in a
notebook or notebook page.
