| Unable to close One Note I am unable to close One Note by any means. As a result it hangs the computer when I try and then I am unable to shut down the computer other than the on/off switch. I also get an indication of a file on the tray at the bottom of the desktop that is called error. This has essentially shut down any further use of the computer. Need ideas soon.      |

I would recommend to run a Repair (Control Panel | Add ad Remove Software [XP] / Programs and Features [Vista]). Rainald |
