Can NOT creat new page/subpage....................

I just started to use OneNote 2003. I found when I logged on my user account,
which is the one I used for most of time, I couldn't create new page. When I
logged on the admin account, everything works fine.

I don't have such problem with other MS office programs. I tried to edit
user profile, play with the user accounts set up, installed all updates for
OneNote 2003............but nothing worked so far. Any help??? Thanks a lot!

Do you get an error message?
Is an error logged in the event log?

Re: Can NOT creat new page/subpage....................

Where are the files in My Notebook stored? ON2003 only has a single
Notebook that contains files and it is typically stored in the user
profile.

Can you verify that you don't have any permission issues writing to your
profile directory? Can you set the location of My Notebook to a different
directory temporarily (I remember the setting being somewhere under Tools |
Options but I haven't used ON2003 for 5+years )

This will help narrow it down ti a permissions issue or something else.
The fact that you don't have this issue on another account (assuming both
accounts are on the same PC) tells me it's not a software/update issue.
