Deleting Cache

I have just moved all notebooks, backups and cache files to another drive.
Should I delete the cache file? If so do I encounter any negative results?

Thank you

One *can* do that. But it'd not necessary at all.
For normal maintenance it's filly sufficient to just use the the
"Optimization" feature ("Tools | Options | Save"

No.
Deleting the cache has no "negative" results, except:
a) all unsynched data will get lost;
b) the cache has to be rebuilt which may take some time.
