| Reminder/Flag/To-Do List In Sync I almost always put a reminder date & time for my flagged emails (which creates a task item) and work off the Reminder pop-up screen. When something is done, I will dismiss the reminder BUT then I have to go to my Outlook To-Do List and manually clear the flag. I only dismiss reminders where the needed action took place, therefore; it would be redundant for the way I use outlook to then have to manually clear the flag off my to-do list. Is there an Outlook 2007 set-up so that when I dismiss a “Reminder” it always marks that “Flagged” item/tasks as “Complete”? If not, then this is my suggestion for the next release. | Re: Reminder/Flag/To-Do List In Sync FYI - this group is for OneNote, not Outlook. Having said that, you can right-click on a task in the Reminders window and select "Mark Complete". It's not a button in that dialog box, but it is available from the context menu. =?Utf-8?B?TWluZHk=?= <Mindy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in news:FE460230-2DBB-4051-A472-226D002F365A@microsoft.com: > I almost always put a reminder date & time for my flagged emails > (which creates a task item) and work off the Reminder pop-up screen. > When something is done, I will dismiss the reminder BUT then I have to > go to my Outlook To-Do List and manually clear the flag. > > I only dismiss reminders where the needed action took place, > therefore; it would be redundant for the way I use outlook to then > have to manually clear the flag off my to-do list. > > Is there an Outlook 2007 set-up so that when I dismiss a > “Reminder” it always marks that “Flagged” item/tasks as > “Complete”? > > > If not, then this is my suggestion for the next release. | Re: Reminder/Flag/To-Do List In Sync That will work, thanks a lot! Is there an MS article that covers this feature?
