I am inserting notes that have been emailed to me from my teachers. They are
usually emailed as poewrpoint or adobe files. I was previously saving the
files then inserting them by "inserting as printouts". This was working great
and it would insert them 2 slides per page and were vertically positioned.
Somehow I changed something and now when I insert the files they come up 4 to
a page(2 vertical, 2 horizontal) and to small to read the content. If you
could advise me of how to change this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Bernd,
I followed your advise however when I am in the final step and click on the
icon to open the pop up menu it turns grey and unable to open anything(no
popup ) any advise?
