Pen tools toolbar blank

I am running OneNote 2007 on a Lenovo X61 touchscreen and Win 7 beta.

I have the pen tool bar enabled. I can see the groups - two groups of four
pens and one group of five but they are all shaded out (i.e. I cannot select
any one of them).

Is there something wrong with my installation/configuration?

Thanks,
David

SWAG: are you in drawing mode? If you use the stylus to draw on the screen
do the pen bars enable? Are you able to at least write with the default
pen?

Re: Pen tools toolbar blank

I am able to write/draw with the default pen. I can change the color of the
pen and the line thickness also. I am not able to get the pen icon to expand
to show me the different types of pen tips.

Re: Pen tools toolbar blank

Have you tried running Office Diagnostics to see if it will repair the
installation?
