explorer button on toolbar

I think I had a OneNote button on my Explorer toolbars, but it is not there
now. How do I get it there or back??

Thank you.

What do you mean by "Explorer"?
In the "Windows Explorer" there is no OneNote button, never ever.

Could it be that you are talking about "IE" (i.e.: Internet Explorer)??

If the mystery program you are referring to is Internet Explorer 7 or 8,
look at the right end of the toolbar for a double arrow head. Click on the
double arrow head. If the OneNote icon is on the drop down list, then is
likely has been pushed off the toolbar by another icon. If the OneNote icon
is not on the drop down list, try a OneNote repair.

If the OneNote icon is on the dropdown list do the following.
Unlock the toolbar.
Drag and drop the OneNote icon to the toolbar and push another icon off
the toolbar onto the dropdown list, or
look for a vertical dotted line at the left end of the toolbar. Use your
mouse to move the dotted line to the left {increase size of toolbar} until
the OneNote icon is on the toolbar.
Lock the toolbar.

Don
