I am running OneNote 2007 and am trying to use the audio/video recording
features.

When I go to tools --- I can go in and use the tuning wizard for audio and
video and everything works correctly.

When I go to record audio or video I get no audio on audio only recording
and no audio but video on video recording.

When I click audio/video recording button and the toolbar pops up I click on
the button on the far right Audio and Video recording settings and all the
devices are blank and the tuniing wizard is greyed out.

Any idea what is going on here?
