I just noticed that the Task Pane command was missing from the shortcut menu that pops up when I right click anywhere on the toolbars. I checked the View | Tools submenu and it was missing from there also. I then opened the task pane using the View | Task Pane command.
As soon as I opened the task pane, the Task Pane command reappeared on both the shortcut menu and the View | Toolbars submenu. However, when I shut OneNote down and reopened it, the command was gone again.
Is this normal behavior, or is it a problem with my installation? If it's normal behavior, what's the logic behind it?
