hyperlink to the current path

Is it possible to inserting a hyperlink to a file in the current path of the
onenote document, instead of a fixed path?
Actually, sometimes I need to moving my files and with this ability I won't
have to modifying hyperlinks anymore.

Contrary to internal links in IN the links to external files are static.
There is no way to change this.
IMHO it would mean asking for too much if one wants ON to monitor the
location of linked files.

Embedding files might be an alterative (with other disadvantages
though).
