Hello all,

I have downloaded OneNote two days ago so that I can show it to my
colleagues. I like it very much and I am convinced of its potential.

I do face a ... difficulties though. I downloaded some of the templates from
MS Office Web site and I see some colored border at the top of the pages. I
understand that this is comtroled by Templates. It took my 20 minutes to
learn how to create new templates based on an existing page and it works well.

When I right-click at the top (where a colored border or image is) I see the
command 'Set Picture as Background'. When I disable this I see the original
image that I can move and stretch. Good!

The problem arises when, after I move it to see what it looks and I want to
set it back (without changes) to a page background I cannot reposition the
image at the upper left corner of the page. The scroll bars go nuts and there
is an border around the image with a gap. When I try to move it back at the
top left then right-click on it to choose 'Set Picture as Background' I
simply cannot succeed. There will always be a gap between the image and the
upper left corner of the page.

I found this problem when I created a color border with a blend of color and
tried to import it in OneNote (by Copy/Paste and Saveing it as Metafile and
inserting it in OneNote). I was not able to do it at all! So how do the ones
creating templates for MS OneNote do it then???
