I would like to know either: What file contains this info so it can be
sync'd by means other than one-note syncing, or how to get this to sync via
one note....

My team uses ON2007, and I want to make sure we use a uniform set of
customized tags, and don't want to have to keep repeating the creation of the
tag set for each new user.

Also, is there anyway to assign more shortcut keys? The default seems to
include only Ctrl 1-9....
