I'm using OneNote 2007.

Previously, when I would try to save a file by using File / Save As, I was
presented with *.one, *.onepkg, *.mht, *.doc, and *.docx type options.

For some reason, all of a sudden the *.doc and *.docx options disappeared,
so now I can't save my documents as any kind of text files.

I've tried saving files by naming them this -- filename.docx -- to try to
save them as text files, but they wind up defaulting to this:
filename.docx.one.

I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me get my .doc and .docx
options back. Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you run Help-Office Diagnostics?
