how to design blue sky, white clouds stationery for use in Word

I used to have a complimentary copy of OneNote (OEM at the time of laptop
purchase)and have had a recent hard drive failure which wiped out my
programs. I don't have any budget to purchase the pgm - can someone guide me
in how to design a blue sky background with white clouds (similar to template
that OneNote has)??

Many Thanks!

I'm no pro at this but I would paste or insert it into Word as an image and
enlarge to fit the page. Change image settings to allow entering text over
the image.
Not sure where I picked up you were using Word.
