| Placing created section into new Section Group Hello. I am now trying to become somewhat masterful at using OneNote but now I have alot of things in several Notebooks, which is great. However, I would like to know if it is possible to now take what I have already created and put them into Section Groups. Is someone out there able to 'splain this to me? Thanks. -- Este |

Yes, it's possible to move existing stuff into newly created section groups and it's easy as easy can be. Way to go: 1.) Create as many section groups 2.) In the Navigation Pane (left part if the ON-Window) mark an existing section, keep the left mouse button pressed, navigate to the target section group and drip the item there by letting loose the mouse button. 3.) If you want to move individual pages mark the page tab and then use drag + drop. 4.) An alternative to using drag and drop would be cut + paste: cut the page / section and then insert it in the target place. HTH If any further questions, pls ask. Rainald P.S. One can "nest" section groups, o.e. create section groups inside a section groups |
