I do not think OneNote, even with OLE, would be the best environment to do the math (derive, maybe mathcad or matlab), but for application and verification notes it works quite well. Which is normally the case - OneNote shines at the accumulation and management of research and information, not writing the papers. ..02. |

Just create a shortcut to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\EQUATION\EQNEDT32.EXE" and use that to start Equation Editor separately. You can cut and paste the equation from the editor to OneNote. It pastes as a picture instead of an OLE object but at least it is there in your notes. In ON 07 it can be searched just like the text in any other picture. |
