Academic Version compatible with trial?

I'm getting an academic code. However, I'm told that the actual media
won't be available until march (I don't believe them). They are sending
me a 2007 code with 2003 media. Will the code they send me work with
the trial version?

Re: Academic Version compatible with trial?

btw,

it is the "student select" academic package. Don't know if that makes a
difference.

Re: Academic Version compatible with trial?

It depends on what you get.

Bear with me here. If you are getting an acedemic code for Office
Enterprise then you will probably not be able to use that with the trial.
The trial is just OneNote and the Enterprise code would be for a differnet
SKU. This might not work that well.

On the other hand they give you an individual key/code for OneNote then it
will work with the trial. I hope this is clear
