To change the position of explorer when 50 of them are open

There are times when you open 20-30 explorerwindows (like excel,ppt,IE etc
etc). The one you open in the last is always placed at the last. Would it be
possible to customize so that if I am using only 5 of them at some time they
are placed next to each other so that I dont have to search for them in 30-40
already opened windows
