Tie "all day" events to a date not a time

Office 2003
Outlook ties all day events to a time.
If you switch to a new time zone the daily events bridge across two days.
These events should be tied to a date and not bridge across mulitple days
when the time zone is changed.

Aloha Steven,

You probably meant to post this in an Outlook newsgroup and not the OneNote
one.
