OneNote to HTML

There was a powertoy I used for this about a year ago, but now I can't find
it.

Can someone please point me to it and let me know if any other options have
emerged for converting from OneNote 2007 to HTML.

Could it be that you have the "OneNote Web Exporter " by Dave Tse in
mind?

That's it. Thanks. Looks like it hasn't been updated in nearly two years;
however, it seems to work pretty well as is.

cwebber.exe

I have been attempting to use this for days, nothing appears in OneNote after installation. I have updated oip and removed/reinstalled many times. Please help me out here.
