interface enhancement

bloglines web interface has a great divider bar that when you click it it
opens up the page to a full page. The same thing could be easily applied to
the notebooks and page panes, put them out of the way when you don't need
them. Plus with the bar running competely up the sides makes it very mouse
friendly and efficient. If you are working at the bottom of a page.

Merge containers. Need a simple way to combine multiple containers. Have
multiple notes on a page, would like to be able to multi-select and make one
document.

RE: interface enhancement

Good point about the first item (the divider bar).

And you can SHIFT+drag one container and drop it into another - they get
combined into one.
