Where is the notebook with all my tabs supposed to reside? I've somehow moved
it around and when starting One Note get prompted to open a notebook instead
of having mine opened.

Depends a little upon what version of OneNote you're using. Look in your My
Documents folder for a OneNote Notebooks folder.
