| One Note Share Notes online. I am trying to add one note to my website for the following. One Note style interface for website to take notes etc. Have site to be able to sync changes as workers complete work and upload changes to site when internet access is available or when they return to yard. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so can you point me to the correct area so I can do this. |

| Re: One Note Share Notes online. Well, you can't "add OneNote to your website" per se, but if they have OneNote installed on their computers you could have a shared notebook that resides on a SharePoint site (not ideal, but it works) which your workers could access. A better performing, but slightly more complicated, solution would be to set up a VPN and host your OneNote on a file server inside your network that your workers could access after connecting to the office via VPN. That's how we do it. -- -Ben- Ben M. | Re: One Note Share Notes online. Hello Ben, Thanks for the feedback I will take a look. Do you have any detailed instructions that I can pull up from Microsoft or how I would find it to make life easier? I am fairly advanced with web development. Thanks, James "Ben M.
