| Add Custom Category Icons to OneNote 2007? Hello all. I am using OneNote 2007 at home for personal use. Unfortunately OneNote tags appear to be oriented toward business uses only: Lots of tage like Client Request, Project 1, Project 2, Schedule Meeting, Discuss with Manager, etc. I have lots of notes that are related to my PC usage, medical, shopping, sports, etc. The kinds of categories that you would not normally see at work. I can rename existing tags and I can also create new tags (read: categories). However the icons that I can select are not really amenable to these categories. Of course I can use what is there and just get creative in a weird sort of way: Use a Cloud icon for my Medical category and that sort of thing, but the beauty of tags are that the icon is usually instantly recognizable as a symbol that lets you know at a glance what category it represents! I already have literally thousands of icons available to me to add to OneNote, but I cannot find where they should be added. For that matter, I cannot even find where the existing icons are stored -- which leads me to believe that they are packed away in a small database somewhere in the Program Files folder. Does anyone here know how I can add my icons to the OneNote 2007 category icon store? Thanks! -- J-Mac |

| RE: Add Custom Category Icons to OneNote 2007? I had the same wish as yours. Needed to make some tags and assign some custom icons which i got off the net. Currently they dont seem to have that option "J-Mac" wrote: > Hello all. > > I am using OneNote 2007 at home for personal use.
