Exporting Entire Notebook to Word?

Is there a way to export a whole notebook section to Word? I made different
pages for different things, but only one page exports to Word.

The reason that I want to do this is because when I print out my pages from
OneNote, it shrinks them down, and then when I don't shrink them down, some
of the pages only have 1-2 lines, so to keep from wasting paper I'd like to
import them to Word so that I can put them all on one document and prevent
having all the extra white space.

If anyone could help me, that would be great. Thanks!

If they are printed notes, try this:
Right click the image of the page and select "Copy text from all pages of
document". Then, go somewhere else on the page and paste. You should end up
with a squashed version of your notes.

Re: Exporting Entire Notebook to Word?

You can also just go:
1) File | Save As
2) In the Save as dialog, drop down the "Save as type" and choose Microsoft
Word

You can save the page, section, or entire notebook in this way

Re: Exporting Entire Notebook to Word?

Be careful with just saving as Word. I didn't recommend it because the
results aren't usually what I want. If you have notes on top of notes, they
will not be stacked in the result. If the notes are printed to OneNote (and
therefore full page graphics), they will be squeezed to fit in the printable
space on the Word page. The note holders will be placed in Word in a top
left to bottom right order - based on the top of the note holder. Lots of
other gotchas too.

Let's just say it isn't my favorite feature. :)
