Please do not create a page with a page title.

It is annoying to take it out each time.

This should have been thought before.

You can create a template with no page title to do this.
Create a new page | File | Page setup
Uncheck the box on the right for show page title
Save as template and check the box to use this template for the section.

From now on, the title won't be shown on new pages.

Thanks but well,
One should not need to setup a page for this.
There should be global options, once and for all options.
