can I open onenote files on computer without onenote program

I am going overseas shortly and need to be able to open One Note back up
files from a memory stick on a computer that does not have the One Note
program installed. Obviously I would remove any password protection. Can it
be done in Outlook. I am aware that you can send One Note files to Word but
that takes some time and it has to be done each time there is any changes, so
I was hoping for an easy solution
