Pressure Sensitivity / AA Not Working

I recently got a Wacom Tablet for my desktop PC (running Vista Business) and
after installing it and Wacom drivers, pressure sensitivity works great in
applications such as Photoshop but not OneNote 2007. I have tried small and
large sizes of ink tips with no luck. The option has been turned on.

What am I missing?

Also, the lines aren't very anti-aliased and are very blocky. Is there
someway to fix this?
