I must be just missing it. But how do I add a Send to Onenote button to the
Excel ribbon bar? I can print to onenote, but want to send the current
spreadsheet to onenote.

There is no functionality of this kind.
You can either print to ON or use copy+paste.

I'm assuming you're using OneNote 2007. You might check over at
http://www.onenotepowertoys.com and see if there is a powertoy to do what
you want (I don't think there is, yet). If there isn't one you might be
able to write one - especially since I see you're a C# MVP and thus I assume
pretty comfortable with coding. :)

Had you looked through the existing threads you might have noticed my
reply of just yesterday:

Using "Insert | Files ..." you can embed an Excel sheet in ON and open
it from ON.
But there is no way to see and/or edit the data *inside* ON.

Added:
There's no such thing as a button for ON in Excel.
