| USB headset The USB headset I use works beautifully in recording through one-note. However, it only records my microphone and not what the others in the conference are saying. I am supposed to keep the minutes of the meeting. How can I fix this? |

| Re: USB headset Check to see if your tablet or laptop has a built in microphone. Nearly all tablets do and many laptops do as well. Just try recording without the headset plugged in. But a good omnidirectional mic will get you better sound. -- Josh Einstein (Tablet PC MVP) Einstein Technologies Tablet Enhancements for Outlook - Try it free: www.tabletoutlook.com "swagman" <swagman@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:2C01670F-4420-4971-8071-8F4E52B0D534@microsoft.com... > The USB headset I use works beautifully in recording through one-note. > However, it only records my microphone and not what the others in the > conference are saying. | Re: USB headset Did a bit of searching since I suggested something I didn't even know if it existed. This is actually one of the cheaper options, but I have no idea about how well it would work. No shortage of opinions though I'll bet. http://www.amazon.com/Samson-CO1U-US.../dp/B000AP1RE8 -- Sven MS MVP Mobile Devices "Sven" <sejohannsen********.com> wrote in message news:3A34BD7C-BEB2-46AA-B420-A8C027DD4C26@microsoft.com... > Find an omni-directional USB mic. | Re: USB headset I'm assuming it's a headset microphone like you would use for a VOIP call? You would need to use a microphone that is designed to pick up sound from a larger room. OneNote can only record input from one audio source at a time. =?Utf-8?B?c3dhZ21hbg==?= <swagman@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in news:2C01670F-4420-4971-8071-8F4E52B0D534@microsoft.com: > The USB headset I use works beautifully in recording through one-note. > However, it only records my microphone and not what the others in the > conference are saying.
